Keeping Healthy
Yesterday John Clarkson (Tom and Bram's Dad) came in to class to talk about being healthy and making good choices. John brought in jellybeans and apples. The jellybeans tasted different, some tasted like plum juice and some tasted like vomit! He also talked about about having a healthy heart. He showed us that on some food products they have a tick which means it's healthy for you if you eat a little bit. After John gave us a piece of cake to say thank you to the class for giving him a 'Get Well' card. The cake was yummy and delicious.

Light"n"tasty, bananas ,weetbix ,watermelon ,kiwifruit.
These are some good foods to eat weetbix, fruits, and greens.
ReplyDeleteEat your greens and don't have to much jallybeans. And dont get dirt under your finger nails.

I like to eat apples, sandwiches and vegetables at dinner. I like to drink milk and lots of water.
ReplyDeleteThese are some of the healthy things I eat: Banana, Wheatbix,brocolli,cucumber, carrot, lettuce, apple,fijoas, capsicum, fish and drink water and milk.
ReplyDeleteThese are some healthy foods I like to eat... Apples and Bananas. I like to drink fruit smoothies for breakfast or milk. I like asparagus sandwiches for lunch. Stirfry broccoli, bok choy or spinach.
ReplyDeleteDear Miss Lalonga. I know some healthy foods that you can eat. Apples is one of them and pears andplums and peaches and lots of fruit is really good for you. And maybe some oranges. My favourite healthy food is banana.

ReplyDeleteSome of the healthy foods that I usually eat at home are apples, nashi pears, grapes, plums, kiwifruits, bananas, Nutri-grain & my mum usually puts cabbage, lettuce & carrots in our soup.
